My Favorite So Far

I make soaps based on what I like. I think I'm probably pretty average as far as preference goes, so I go with that intuition. However, sometimes I make things that I know will be the preference of SOMEONE, even if it's not me.

With that in mind, I made a soap with a wonderful, delicious aroma of crisp red apples. The part that is a bit off my regularly traveled road is the oatmeal I added. I like my soaps smooth and creamy, but the oatmeal sounded appealing, and there are those who like a little exfoliation with their wash.

Of course, I sample each of my new soaps as they become ready and cured. I sampled this one as well. I did not expect to love it so much! It smells good, it feels good, and I plan on making more like it!
